golf course construction and renovations, site work and land development, athletic fields and sports complexes, and parks and recreation facilities.
All estimating work can be performed from a remote location.
The estimator is responsible for estimating the entire project including site development, earthwork, drainage, excavation, lighting, utility work and infiltration systems.
The estimator will work closely with the project coordinator to obtain pricing from all subcontractors, equipment and material suppliers.
Requirements:
Five years minimum experience required.
Qualified applicants must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be a team player.
Compensation:
Top dollar paid for the right candidate.
