You earn a highly competitive salary of $45,000.
00 - $85,000.

You supervise all jobs in progress, act as a liaison between the office and field, and schedule paint jobs.
Communicating with the foreman is a huge part of your job as you let them know the scope of work and materials needed.
During daily site visits, you assist crews with solving any problems, monitor quality, and keep an accurate record of the job.
To stay on top of the supervisory game, you participate in weekly operations and scheduling meetings.
