We are seeking an individual who is proficient with Microsoft Office, Word Perfect and who possess strong time-management, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
Job responsibilities will include typing, report processing and other administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation.

This position will report directly to the Executive Administrative Assistant and work directly with the Members of the Company.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all assignments by their supervising Executive Assistant and Members of the Company.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Word processing.
Physical report processing.
Mailing, shipping and logistical support.
Administrative office support.
Administrative support to professionals.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$47,500.
00 - $52,500.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
